Ocean Swim

Today's training was basically an ocean swim to make sure the comfort level was there and I did very well, if I can say so myself. Got acclimated quickly, headed out half a mile following the beach and did not even realize that I left my teammates way behind until I pulled up and they weren't there. Completed the first half mile in about 23:00 against the current, then completed the return trip in 8:00 with the current behind me. Overall not too bad for me. I am attaching some pictures below, and before you get TOO critical of how I look, remember that I was 300 pounds just over a year ago. Weighed in at 245.6 today. :)
